Membership Agreement/Terms of Service:
You ("You" or "Member") must read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement ("Agreement") before joining AwardPay.com.

AwardPay.com, ("AwardPay.com" or "we") may revise these terms from time to time, at our sole discretion, by updating this posting. Unless otherwise provided below, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance to the modified terms. Please review the terms on this website frequently to look for changes.

A1. BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP. Registration is free. To maintain a Membership, You must meet the following requirements.

A2.) You must be 18 years of age or older.

A3.) PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION. You must provide us with your valid email,address and phone number upon sign up. We reserve the right to request verification of, and member agrees to be subject to verification of, any of the information provided by member for enrollment with and continued use of the services provided by AwardPay.com. You may not impersonate or misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to terminate any account, and associated membership, containing untruthful information. Your downline must be able to communicate with you as their sponsor.

AwardPay.com is not responsible for lost payments or communications due to your failure to provide us with valid contact and mailing address information as reasonably necessary.

A4.) ENROLLMENT. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, AwardPay.com at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership. You agree to a one time set up/program fee.

There are no monthly or recurring fees at Awardpay.com

A5.) ACCOUNTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. You yourself must accrue earnings under your own account.

A6.) TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION. AwardPay.com at it's sole discretion and for any reason or no reason at all may terminate any Members without prior notice for (a) any violation of any provision of this Agreement; (b) aiding in or promoting circumvention of the AwardPay.com Service online or offline; (c) acting against the interests or reputation of AwardPay.com; (d) otherwise acting unlawfully in relationship to AwardPay.com, the AwardPay.com website or the AwardPay.com Service; (e) breach of our Spamming Policy.

A7.) MEMBER ETIQUETTE. Member shall not tamper, hack, spoof, copy, modify, or otherwise corrupt the administration, security, or proper function of any part of AwardPay.com. Violation by member will result in termination of membership, loss of any accrued profits, and bar from future participation with the program. Any decision made by AwardPay.com relating to termination of membership in cases of suspected abuse or violation of its rules shall be final and binding.

B1.) AwardPay.com does not warranty, guarantee, or insure income potential. All payments received are dependent on the effort you make to send others to your website and support them in progressing in the program. By joining AwardPay and upgrading, you are paying for a non-refundable service.

B2.)REFUNDS. All membership fees and admin fees are final. By joining you agree that once a payment is made, there is no refund from another member or the administration under any circumstances. Members are under no obligation to refund any paymetns. You agree that you have knowledge of this policy and any choice to upgrade is made freely and without reservation.

We have a ZERO SPAM policy The use of SPAM to generate sales is strictly prohibited. Any member deemed to be spamming will be terminated immediately. No refunds will be issued. This includes spamming other members by collecting or harvesting their email addresses to cross promote other online programs. All evidence gathered will be turned over to your Internet Service Provider, and possibly others. This may result in any of the following to the offending member: Termination of your Account (no refunds!) Termination of your payment provider Account (and loss of all funds within) Termination of your E-Mail / Internet Account Possibility of class-action lawsuits (spam is illegal in most states).

B3.) PRIVACY. All information collected upon sale is used for personal identification only. This includes your email, and any payment processor account. Your E-Mail Address and other personal information will never be shared or sold to anyone. You agree to make available to your downline a way to contact you for help or mentorship as needed.

C. CHARGEBACKS. Chargebacks for any payment, fee or advertising services AwardPay.com may offer, are only used in the case of fraudulent payments. Should you attempt to chargeback a non-refundable payment it will be challenged, reported to the issueing cardholders bank and sent to collections. In the event we should decide to prosecute, member will be charged a $1500.00 fee to cover legal and court costs in the city of Provo, Utah. We take chargebacks very seriously and members agree to our terms by clicking the box when submitting their registration. If you have any intention of trying to chargeback a purchase, we want to make our policy clear and fair to all members before joining.

D. COMPENSATION. You agree to receive award and commission payments by Google Checkout or Paypal to the email address you have listed in your profile. You will receive commission amounts in the maximum commensorate to the level you are currently enrolled in and only amounts up to that level, based on the amount paid to you and your sponsor from each upgaded account. You can upgrade at anytime. A $50 upgrade fee will be charged for each upgrade.

E. PROGRAM DISCLAIMER. There are no guarantees regarding commissions receipts and the success or failure of each individual person. Your results may vary and depend solely upon you. The testimonials and examples used are based on actual results, however, they are not intended to represent or guarantee you will experience the same results using this program. No part of the information contained in this site is to be considered a guarantee that you will experience the same results as the individuals cited here.
